Hi there,
I'm Cassidy!

Strength training has transformed my life in numerous ways, and I'm eager to see what it can do for you.

​

I remember entering the gym for the first time and walking out fifteen minutes later. I had no idea what to do and was terrified of embarrassing myself. Years later, I get to help individuals on their fitness journeys!

​

I’m currently pursuing my Master of Physical Therapy to expand the ways I can help people move better and feel their best. I believe in a well-rounded, evidence-based approach that blends smart programming, education, and real-life flexibility.

​

When I’m not coaching or studying, you’ll probably find me running on the trails, strength training at the gym, exploring the West Coast with my husband, or sipping coffee with my two rescue cats curled up nearby.
